Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® is a program from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy that offers a comprehensive, whole-house approach to improving energy efficiency and comfort of homes, while helping to protect the environment. Spencer is participating in Oncor’s Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program. Through this program we are able to install energy efficiency improvements at a reduced cost to our customers.

Through the Program, Spencer will deliver a home performance evaluation and make recommendations for improving its energy efficiency. We use state-of-the-art equipment and diagnostic tools to recommend energy efficiency improvements to achieve the best results. But the home performance evaluation is just the first step.

Working with Spencer, you will select the energy-saving improvements that make the most sense for you and your home.

Spencer is is pleased to be a member of the Comfort Institute, Inc. (CI) which is dedicated to helping homeowners achieve a safe, healthy, clean, comfortable and affordable indoor living environment. CI is an international indoor comfort research, training and consumer protection organization based in Bellingham, Washington with trainers and offices located throughout the United States and Canada.
